How we got here

Whats up friends, if you're reading this thanks for being a part of a message I truly care about. What's funny is that this all started out as a joke I would send to my friends to let them know I was working out. A simple boxing glove emoji next to a clock with me saying something stupid along with it. This then turned into me posting silly Instagram stories to whoever cared with a famous punch and a clock photo-shopped onto whoever was getting hit with a Lil Baby or Kendrick Lamar song in the background. This quickly became a mindset for me, an idea of giving my very best that hour or day for whatever I was Punching The Clock to do.

Now, I’m realizing how important and cool it is to prep your mind/body/spirit to become the best version of yourself. Whether that’s in your career, fitness or just life in general…. Punch The Clock. You’re a parent, clock into being a parent. You want to hit that sales goal your boss set for you, punch the clock until that happens. Just wake up and punch the clock please, I think it’ll make the world a better place.

On the other hand, the part that might be harder for some people, is the idea of clocking out. I work in the fitness industry where saying no to a client and allowing yourself to “clock out” is saying no to money. That's dumb, we could all use some balance in life. So on the other side of all of this is our Clocked Out content, a reminder to stop working so much and maybe clock out so you can be yourself. Go out with your friends, enjoy your family and trust that the work can wait until the next business day. No email or meeting is ever that urgent.

So I hope you like the little things I’ve spent hours making and hope you find some joy or inspiration while wearing or sipping out of them.

Love,

Zach Hamilton, idiot that started this whole thing.
